It is my goal to guide you through your ideal birth to empower, equip, educate, and support you as you plan for your birth. I am here to support emotionally and physically through labor, delivery, and postpartum. I serve both home birth and hospital birth. Consultation

Your birth is intimate, personal, and incredibly special! Connecting face to face allows us to start to build a relationship and see if I would be a good fit for your birth. This is also an opportunity to get a feel for your ideal birth, ask pondering questions, and plan the remainder of your birth support.
Doula Services
Essential Birth Package: $1250
One in person prenatal appointment, birth plan support, labor prep and practice, text/call support throughout entire pregnancy, in person support during active labor, pain management techniques, red light therapy, immediate postpartum support, and one postpartum visit with a meal and client gift in your home!
Essentials+Education Package: $1450
Everything listed in the Essential Birth Package above PLUS 2 childbirth education classes tailored to your needs. This package is recommended for first time or TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean) parents!
**Additional Prenatal and Postpartum Appointments added for $100 each.

Childbirth Classes
$300 per couple
As a certified teacher with an education degree, teaching about my greatest passion is where the magic happens! Knowledge is the key to going into your birth prepared, with confidence. We will cover prenatal nutrition, labor prep, informed decision making, options and interventions, stages of labor, newborn procedures, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and pumping support, baby wearing, sleep, and more! Come with questions!
I tailor each class to the expecting parent’s circumstances. Whether you are first time parents, VBAC, having a home birth, or hospital birth we will choose a class that best fits you! The first session is virtual and the second in your cozy home environment! There is usually 4 hours of content depending on your prior knowledge.
